INTRODUCTION

Bud Power Subscription Plan is completely flexible and you can subscribe to a selected range of products. You can also pause deliveries, update your delivery address, update your billing information, cancel your subscription, or perform lots of other actions at any time, with no fees.

SUBSCRIBE

Our Subscription plan, at the moment, is available exclusively on Bud Power Protein Bars. To create a subscription, simply visit the Protein Bars product page here and complete these actions:

1. Select “Subscribe - 16% OFF”
2. Select the flavors and the quantity you want to add to your subscription (minimum 2 boxes)
3. Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery (for example every 4 weeks)
4. Click on Subscribe

This will take you to the cart page, where you can review your order, add other accessories and proceed to the secure checkout.

 

CREATE AN ACCOUNT

In order to manage your subscription plan, you need to have a Bud Power account.

You will be automatically redirected to create an account when completing the checkout, if you are creating a subscription. You will just need to insert your first name, last name, email and create a password.

Alternatively, please follow the below instructions to create your Bud Power account:

1. Click on the “account” voice on the top navigation bar
2. Click on the "create account" button
3. Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Password)
4. Tick the box on the reCAPTCHA page to confirm you’re not a robot

You will now be taken to your personal account area, where you can manage every aspect of your subscription. You can change delivery dates, payment information, products you want to receive, and much more. 

 

OVERVIEW PAGE

Now that you’re in your Bud Power account area, you have quick access to the main functionalities of the account.

• Order History: all the orders you will place, are shown here.
• Manage Subscription: here you will be able to check all your active subscription, the delivery schedule, billing information and purchase history.
• You Addresses: edit, update or add another address for the delivery of your products.

 

 

ORDER HISTORY

At the center of your screen, you will be able to check the order number, the date you placed the order, the payment status, the fulfillment status and the total amount you paid.

 

MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION

Here you will be able to check all your active subscription, the delivery schedule, billing information and purchase history.

Delivery Schedule: you will have an overview of the dates when your order will be automatically placed and your credit card charged. In this example is shown a 4 weeks subscription plan, so every month there will be an automatic order placed.

On each scheduled delivery, you will be able to select two different options: “skip” or “edit”.

Click “skip” if you don’t want to receive your next order, but at the same time you don’t want to cancel your subscription. That way, we won’t charge your credit card and we won’t ship the next scheduled delivery.

Click “edit” if you want to apply major changes to your subscription, such as: change variant of Bud Power Protein Bar, change the quantity, change the delivery schedule, update the payment information or edit your address.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: as the minimum order quantity of Bud Power Protein Bars is two boxes, make sure to apply all the changes to both products. For example, if you want to skip one month, apply the change to both boxes (in this case Pistachio Cream and Chocolate Boost) by clicking “skip”. Same thing if you want to make some changes, click “edit” on both products. 

Subscriptions: on this page, you will be able to check all your active subscriptions and make some changes, including: edit your address, edit your subscription or cancel it (without any fee), or add a new product.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: as the minimum order quantity of Bud Power Protein Bars is two boxes, make sure to apply all the changes to both products. For example, if you want to cancel your subscription plan at any time, with no fees, make sure to click “cancel” on both boxes.

Billing Information: on this page, you will be able to update the card you use for the payment and your billing address. Make sure to always have your details updated, so that your subscription plan and deliveries are not affected.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: if your card is expired, or we are unable to charge it for the upcoming delivery, you will receive an email in order to update or top up your card. Make sure to always have your card updated, so you will have the smoothest service and delivery from Bud Power.

Purchase History: on this page, you will find all the previous purchase you made with Bud Power. That way you can track all your past orders.
